Not all items in my shop are available for custom orders, but I encourage one to ask if I do not have a separate listing for customizations. Since sewn items and jewelry are based on limited supply materials, those are usually unable to be customized. However, knits are likely to be replicated and customized.

Sweater customizations usually stay true to the original design, but I offer length and color options. Please message me for additional requests/changes to original design for discussion. I do my best to match requests, but please respect the original design of the sweater.

I begin work within 24 hours of receiving payment and ask for approximately 2 weeks to complete requests, 3 weeks during popular order periods.

Many of my items are created to be worn by multiple body types and sizes. Boho tops/dresses are made in one-size and some sweaters offer original baggy or slim fit. I include sizing in item details. I model most of my items (with an acceptation of child items) regardless of size. For weekend sweaters, I model both original baggy and slim fit. Boho tops/dresses are made with room for all-shaped women, but I find it helpful to mention that I wear size small for comparisons. Most of my knits are delicate, but machine washable. However, since my loose knit items may snag, I recommend washing alone on delicate cycle with a garment bag or hand washing. Lay flat to dry or use a very low-temperature for machine drying.

Boho tops/dresses are made from cotton and polyester blends. Allow for mild shrinkage, or wash in cold and air-dry for best wear. Iron as needed.

To best care for jewelry and charms, avoid moisture (including perfume spritzes and heavy body lotion).

Hand dyed yarn:
My yarns are luxurious natural fibers and/or blends. Please see description of care in the listings. When in doubt, always hand wash and lay flat too dry.

Most of LBL orders are shipped in a small manila envelope, light blue poly-packaging or extra large poly-packaging. All items are wrapped accordingly for safe shipment and given a touch of Lovely by Lee's blue and yellow decoration.
